25. What should I do if I lose my card?

Through our  website you will send us a claim stating your lost card.

26. Why doesn't the chip have a confidential access code?

To allow emergency personnel or anyone on site to retrieve the information needed to help you, in the event of an emergency when you're unable to do so yourself.

27. What liability does Vie For Life have in relation to my details?

None, including any medical personnel; doctors, pharmacists or even Vie For Life is responsible for the information you decide to make (or not) available. Vie For Life will deny any responsibility from consequences resulting in the use or misuse of the card.

28. How can I get my Vie For Life replaced if I lose it or if it’s stolen?

For the cost of XX$ we will replace your lost or stolen card with the initial data.

29. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in writing. You will need to do so at least a month before you’re due to a renewal so that you are able to return to us your card since it is the property of Vie For Life.

30. Who enters the data for the Vie For Life file / SIM card?

Your online database is your own personal responsibility, we trust that you fill out the forms in full and assure that all data entered is put in correctly. Once you submit to us the information you would like to have put on your SIM card, our team of experts will make sure it is entered correctly.
