13. Can the company hosting Vie For Life, or anyone else, delete my file?
No, this would go against the privacy policy.
14. Is my file accessible 24 hours a day, and from any type of computer?
Yes, as long as you have internet access your online web page is available for you at all times. As for your SIM chip, it is available to you when combined with a GSM mobile phone.

15. How long before I receive my Vie For Life card?
Once information and payments have been processed, allow a two-week delay for your card to arrive, meanwhile you may print out a temporary card (without a SIM chip on it).
16. Can I fill in the file for someone else?
Yes, as long as you have authorization (in writing, signed and dated), or if you are the legal guardian of that person
17. What happens if my information is not registered correctly?
Once you receive your card you must notify us via e-mail of any mistakes. We will be glad to send you back a corrected card.
18. What guarantees that the data is correct?
It is up to the members to validate all of their information that they have entered. We, Vie For Life, cannot know of any mistakes i.e. blood type or illness that you have or have had in the past, therefore those are the kinds of mistakes that we cannot correct. We highly recommend that you verify the information with your physician.
