19. Doesn’t the Vie For Life card go against medical confidentiality?

What we offer to our members is not a database, but a personal WEB page. This web page is controlled by its owner. This complies with the privacy laws.

20. Can the chip be re-used?

The information on the SIM can be used as many times as you wish. Once removed, you will be unable to stick it back into its slot. If you use it during a medical emergency, your Vie For Life card will be replaced for free.

21. Can my children be on my card?

No, every person has his own personal card.

22. Can a nurse or physiotherapist access my file?

Yes, if you authorize them to do so (in writing, signed and dated).
Loss or renewal of your card

23. How do I renew my subscription?

Vie For Life will send you an automatic e-mail and post reminder during the eleventh-month of your contract. You will then be able to make payment and changes.

24. What happens if I don't renew my subscription annually?

You will no longer be able to access your online database, and your SIM card will be expired and will no longer be of any use.
