2. Can my doctor help me give specific medical details?

Yes.  Vie For Life highly recommends our members to consult with their medical physician to ensure accurate, precise and up-to-date information prior to submitting it. It is the member’s full responsibility for what they declare.

3. Can anyone find out the information on my Vie For Life database / SIM Card?

NO, your personal on-line medical web page is highly secure and only accessible with a username and password which only you have.  The contents on the SIM Card can be read directly using a mobile phone - but the chip is solely in your possession.

4. How do I use the chip?

• Remove the chip from your card
• Insert it in the slot used for SIM cards in normal GSM mobile phones
• A menu of information will be displayed in the screen in five languages

5. Can my chip be read on all mobile phones?

Yes, our SIM cards are designed in a way so they can be read on most GSM telephones. GSM mobile phones made prior to 1997 do not comply with today’s GSM standards. You should be aware that there is a possible incompatibility.

6. Does the quality of the telephone network affect the way the VIE FOR LIFE can be read?

Once inserted, the SIM card is able to display the information directly onto the mobile's screen. There is no need for a network connection. It can be used remotely everywhere.
