Green Timber Investments

Green Timber Investments uses a sound investment opportunity to facilitate tropical re-forestation. Our partnership will be planting high-value tropical hardwood tree farms in Costa Rica. The farm itself will be turned from pasture to plantation and then from plantation to rainforest over the course of this investment, eventually reforesting the property completely.

Our farm will be a mixture of teak trees and species native to Costa Rica. By acquiring the land for our trees we will also be invested in real estate in Cost Rica which has been appreciating in value steadily.

Due to potentially applicable US Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, Green Timber Investments can only work with accredited investors interested in making an investment of two million USD or more at this time.

A two million dollar investment will establish a farm of 600 – 700 acres. A farm this size should sequester over 30,000 tons of carbon dioxide, roughly equivalent to what is emitted annually by 5,000 passenger cars, and the carbon credits generated by this sequestration can be sold to countries who participate in the Kyoto treaty.
